Delete Your Account Yourself
Signed in, open your Account page and choose Delete account. You’ll see exactly what will be removed, then confirm twice. Any active subscription is cancelled right away, you’re signed out everywhere, and we email you a confirmation. Payment records we’re required to keep stay without your name or email.
Sales reps on a Sales Hub team can’t delete their own accounts. Ask your team owner to remove you from the team first.
Or Send a Request to Support
Email support@leadarly.com from your account email address with the subject “Leadarly data deletion request.” Tell us whether you want to delete your account or only information associated with a particular sign-in provider. Never send your password or provider access tokens.
We will verify ownership, process the request, and confirm its status. Information required for billing, security, or legal obligations may need to be retained; we will explain any applicable limitation.
Facebook and Google Connections
You can also remove Leadarly from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings or your Google account’s third-party connections. Removing that connection does not itself delete records already held by Leadarly. Contact support using the instructions above to request deletion.
Cancel Subscription Renewal
Cancel renewal through your account billing portal or ask support for assistance. Deleting your account on the Account page cancels billing for you; a deletion request sent to support does not automatically stop it.
