About These Terms
Leadarly is a business discovery and prospecting service operated by AssemblersTech Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to our website at leadarly.com and the associated Leadarly application.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the application, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the application.
Accounts & Access
You must be an adult with the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in secure. You can sign in with your Leadarly username or email and password, or an available supported identity provider. Keep your password private. The identity provider’s own terms also apply when you use social sign-in.
The Prospector subscription is priced per user. Shared lists support up to five additional collaborators, each with their own Prospector account. Do not share access, resell accounts, bypass the subscription or usage controls, or use automated requests to exceed your plan. Explorer accounts include 5 location searches and 3 website research checks per month, up to 25 businesses per search, and 10 saved leads. Prospector unlocks full search results, CRM-ready exports, multiple lists, and team collaboration.
Subscriptions & Billing
The current Prospector plan costs CAD $39.00 per month, or CAD $390.00 per year paid upfront (equivalent to CAD $32.50 per month), for customers in Canada, and USD $35.00 per month, or USD $350.00 per year paid upfront (equivalent to USD $29.17 per month), for customers elsewhere, plus applicable taxes. We choose the billing currency from your location when you first subscribe, and later subscriptions keep that currency. Both options include 100 location searches and 100 company website research checks each month. Mobile app checks use the website research allowance. Filtering loaded results, viewing business briefs, address suggestions, outreach drafts, and CSV exports do not use those allowances.
Paid allowances reset monthly from the subscription start date, including for annual subscriptions. Free allowances reset on the first of each calendar month (UTC). Allowances do not roll over. Partial searches count as searches; requests that fail or return an unavailable research result are credited back by the application. No additional paid usage is purchased automatically.
Free trial. Your first Prospector subscription may include a 7-day free trial, shown at checkout. A payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and the price shown at checkout is charged at the end of the trial. You can cancel during the trial through the billing portal and will not be charged. Trials are limited to one per customer.
When subscriptions are available, payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly or yearly, according to your selected billing option, until you cancel. The price, currency, taxes, and billing interval shown at checkout apply to your purchase. A saved account alone does not create a subscription or a payment obligation.
You can cancel renewal through Your account → Manage billing & invoices. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. If you cannot access the billing portal, contact support before your renewal date. Cancellation does not automatically refund an already paid period. On Sales Hub, added seats are charged for the rest of the current period; seats you give up, including when a teammate is removed, stay available until the end of the paid period and are not billed after that, and seats already paid for are not refunded. AI agents (Leadarly Agents) are not included in Sales Hub or its seats. They are bought separately, one at a time, at the price shown before you hire one, and appear as their own line on your Sales Hub billing. A new agent is charged when you buy it for the rest of the current billing period, then on your billing date; a retired agent stops being billed from your next billing date without a refund (its slot can be reused for another agent until then). Each paid agent adds the monthly AI calling credits shown to your team’s credit pool (not during a free trial). Agents call with credits from that pool, within any monthly limit you set for each agent; when the pool runs out, agents stop calling until credits are added. Contact us about duplicate charges, billing errors, or a refund request; any refund rights required by applicable law remain available.
Payment failure, an expired subscription, or an unresolved billing security issue may remove paid features. Free Explorer access remains available. Plan or price changes will be disclosed before purchase or before they apply to a future renewal.
Business Information & Sources
Results are gathered from public directories, public company websites, and directories you supply. Coverage varies by location and source. We do not promise a complete list of local businesses, verified contact deliverability, a complete employee roster, or successful sales.
Names, industries, employee counts, addresses, people, roles, photos, and contact details can be missing, incorrect, or outdated. Review the linked sources before relying on them. A retrieval date indicates when information was fetched, not when the business last updated it. Unknown employee counts remain unknown; missing website or app links do not establish that a business has no website or app.
Distances are straight-line estimates. Pins can represent a building centre. Source limits, timeouts, or blocked pages can produce partial results. Maps and other external services have their own terms and availability.
Google Maps. The discovery map and Google business details are provided by Google. By using them you agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, and Google’s use of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Google content is shown for reference only and is not saved with your leads or included in exports.
OpenStreetMap data is subject to its Open Database Licence and attribution requirements. Overture Maps places are provided under CDLA Permissive 2.0, Apache 2.0 or CC0, depending on the contributing source (Overture attribution); each business lists its sources, and CSV exports include their licences. Preserve source attribution in exports and follow the licences and restrictions attached to all data you import or reuse. Displaying third-party material does not transfer ownership of it to you or to us.
Responsible Outreach
Leadarly helps you research businesses and prepare drafts. Optional AI calling places calls only after you select the businesses, supply your offer and selling company, and authorize the call. Email drafts open in your own mail application. Email sequences send only the emails you write, to the leads you choose, from the Gmail or Outlook mailbox you connect, on weekdays within the daily limit you set. Every sequence email includes your name, business, mailing address and an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honoured automatically for your business. You confirm, each time you start a sequence, that you have a lawful basis to email each recipient.
A contact appearing in a result does not, by itself, establish permission to market to that person. You are responsible for checking applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, privacy, consent, identification, unsubscribe, and do-not-call requirements, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation where applicable. See the CRTC’s guidance on consent.
Respect opt-outs and requests to stop contact. Do not use the service for spam, harassment, deception, impersonation, discriminatory targeting, collecting private personal information, or any unlawful activity. Calling and email scripts are editable templates, not legal advice or a guarantee that a message complies with the rules that apply to you.
Leadarly Agents. Sales Hub teams can hire AI sales agents that find businesses in an area you choose, research their public websites, send emails from a mailbox your team connects, place AI calls and hand interested businesses to your reps. Before agents contact anyone, the team owner signs a one-time outreach authorization for the team, naming the selling company, a reachable callback number and mailing address, and confirming the rules agents follow: businesses only, at published business numbers and addresses; your company is the seller and is responsible for its offer and for the laws that apply where it sells; every call and email identifies the AI agent and your company and offers a way to opt out; and AI calls only to businesses that gave your company express permission or to US numbers confirmed as business landlines. The authorization is kept with the signer, time, IP address and browser, and you can withdraw it at any time, which pauses every agent. Agents ask businesses for call permission through a page where the business can agree, decline or later withdraw; that record (the exact wording, time, IP address and browser) is kept for your team. Permissions you record yourself must reflect express permission you actually hold and can show on request. An opt-out given to any agent or rep applies to your whole team. Agents follow the calling hours and call rules above, and you remain responsible for your agents’ outreach as you would for your own.
AI calling. AI calls can introduce your offer to businesses you select or follow up with businesses you have contacted before. Before a call, Leadarly checks carrier records. A US landline, fixed VoIP or toll-free result identifies technology, not business use; you must verify it is a business line. US mobile and unconfirmed lines require prior written permission for AI sales calls from your specific company to that number. All Canadian numbers require prior express permission for your company’s AI sales calls to that number. A public listing, generic callback request or customer relationship alone is not AI calling permission. Your checkbox attests that the required permission exists; keep the underlying evidence and respect withdrawal immediately. Saved confirmations are tied to your account, lead, number and selling company and accepted for up to 366 days, subject to earlier withdrawal or changed circumstances. When you slide to confirm a call, you confirm you are choosing to make it and that your selections are accurate; you are responsible for that choice and for the calling rules that apply to your business. Calls start Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm in the business’s local time zone. Available Google hours further restrict this window and never extend it. Provide a reachable company callback number you are authorized to share. The agent identifies itself as an AI, names the seller, discloses recording/transcription, asks whether it may continue, gives your callback number and honours refusals. Numbers that ask not to be called again are added to a do-not-call list that blocks future AI calls. Our AI calling FAQ explains these rules. Do not use misleading identities, attempt to bypass a receptionist, or call emergency, premium-rate or otherwise prohibited numbers.
Call outcomes and Cold, Warm or Hot ratings are automated assessments based on available conversations. Review transcripts and correct a rating when needed. Expressed meeting interest does not create a calendar booking. Confirm appointment details with the recipient yourself.
Calling credits. One connected AI call uses 100 credits and is limited to five minutes. Credits are reserved before submission. A confirmed failure or unanswered call releases its reservation; a connected voicemail can use credits. Uncertain provider outcomes keep credits reserved until reconciled. No calling credit purchase or additional call is made automatically.
Verified accounts may receive one 100-credit introductory allowance, subject to availability and abuse controls, including a daily allocation cap. Eligible paid monthly invoices grant 1,000 credits and eligible paid annual invoices grant 12,000 credits upfront. Zero-value trial invoices and prorations do not grant these paid calling allowances. Unlike search allowances, calling credits currently carry forward without automatic expiry; cancelling renewal stops future allocations and preserves an existing paid wallet. Optional packs show their price and applicable taxes before checkout. Refunds and lost payment disputes remove the corresponding credits; a negative balance or a billing review can block new calls. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests; mandatory legal refund rights remain available.
Common Connections introductions are for genuine business conversations between members. Keep contact relevant to what was offered, don’t add people to mailing lists or resell their details, and stop contacting a member who asks you to. We may remove profiles or connections that are misleading or misused.
Your Content & Exports
You retain your rights in the directories and outreach context you provide. You must have permission to upload and use that information. Provide business information relevant to prospecting and avoid submitting passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or material you do not have the right to use.
Imported directories and outreach drafts remain in your current browser session and can be lost when you reload or close the page. Imported rows are sent to our server when you export them to produce your CSV. Website research sends the requested company website to our server, and maps and address lookup use external providers. Export anything you need to retain.
Account identity, subscription status, billing references, and usage counts are stored to operate access and billing. Stripe processes payment information. Supported identity providers handle social sign-in. See our Privacy Policy for how account and authentication information is used. Contact us with account or data questions. These terms do not replace any separate privacy notice or the policies of those providers.
We grant you a limited right to use the application for lawful business prospecting during your authorized access. AssemblersTech Inc. and its licensors retain rights in the application, design, branding, and software. Do not copy or redistribute the application or present our brand as your own.
Availability & Account Closure
We aim to provide a useful service, but uninterrupted access and the continued availability of any external data source are not guaranteed. Maintenance, source changes, and technical issues may affect features. Contact support if something does not work as expected.
We may restrict access to address misuse, security concerns, unpaid fees, or violations of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the issue and give you a way to contact us. To request account closure, email support. Cancel subscription renewal separately through the billing portal or ask support for help; closing a browser or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
Limitations & Your Rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and third-party information are provided as available, without a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or commercial results. You are responsible for checking information and evaluating the suitability of a lead.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for lost sales, profits, opportunities, or indirect losses caused by inaccurate third-party information, unavailable external sources, or your outreach decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.
If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require you to waive legal rights or use mandatory arbitration.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated before they apply. Updated terms do not remove rights or obligations that already arose under a previous version.
AssemblersTech Inc. is currently the operator. Any future change of operator will be identified in updated terms and communicated where required; it is not an automatic change simply because a new company is formed.
