Your Account Information
AssemblersTech Inc. operates Leadarly. When you register with a password, we store your name, email address, username, and a salted password hash. We do not store your password as plain text. Sign-in sessions include an expiry time and may include your IP address and browser information for account security and abuse prevention.
If you choose an available Google or Facebook sign-in option, the provider shares the account identity information needed to sign you in, such as your provider identifier, name, email address, and profile image. Google and Facebook access tokens are encrypted when stored. We do not request access to your contacts, messages, or social posts for sign-in. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
How We Use Information
We use account information to provide access, manage subscriptions, enforce usage allowances, prevent misuse, and respond to support requests. Subscription records include billing identifiers, subscription status, and usage counts. Stripe processes payment information; card details are not stored by this application.
Discovery and Outreach
Address lookup and maps use external providers. Business website research sends the requested website to our server. Imported directories and outreach drafts remain in your current browser session; imported rows are sent to our server when creating an export. Public business results may include published business contact information and leadership details from Overture Maps, OpenStreetMap and municipal open-data directories. When you choose a public-record check, the business name, official website, location and published entity identifiers may be sent to Wikidata, SEC EDGAR, the US NPI Registry or relevant municipal registries to match additional company facts and professional roles. Results include source links and retrieval dates; a registered official is not necessarily the owner. Contact us if you believe a result includes incorrect or inappropriate personal information.
Optional AI Calling and Call Records
If AI calling is enabled and you choose it, we send the selected business phone number, business details, your selling company, offer and meeting instructions to our voice provider, Retell, and its telephone and AI processing services. The agent identifies itself as AI and discloses recording and transcription. You must have the recipient’s documented permission for that selling company before requesting an AI sales call or recording.
We store the permission reference, date, seller, phone number and timezone, call status, duration, available transcript, summary, suggested lead temperature, meeting interest, do-not-call requests and credit transactions. Call history is limited to the account that requested the calls and requires access to the associated list. A suggested temperature is an automated assessment that you can review and override; it is not a promise of a sale or a confirmed appointment. We do not publish transcripts or expose a recording download in the application.
Calls and recordings may also be retained by the voice and telephone providers under their service arrangements. Delete your account on the Account page, or request access, correction or deletion through support. Some consent, suppression, security and payment records may need to be retained to honour opt-outs and legal obligations. Avoid sensitive personal information in offers, permission references and calls.
Leadarly Agents and Call Permission Requests
Sales Hub teams can hire AI sales agents. To work an area, an agent uses public business listings, reads each business’s public website (respecting robots.txt) for a published contact email, owner name and services, and keeps those findings with its notes for the team. When the team chooses AI calls, the agent’s calls are handled by our voice provider as described above. When the team chooses email, agent emails are written from those findings and the team’s offer (by Anthropic’s Claude when configured) and sent from the mailbox the team connected; we keep each email’s recipient, subject, send time and open count.
If you receive an agent’s email and use its call permission page, we record your choice and the exact wording you agreed to, the business and phone number, the time, your IP address and browser, and, if you give them, your name, role and best time to call. We share that record with the team that emailed you so it can show it has permission, and use it to block calls and emails when you decline or withdraw. Declining or withdrawing applies to every agent and rep on that team. The team owner’s outreach authorization is kept with their name, email address, time, IP address and browser.
Free Samples, Alerts and Optional Tools
Free sample lists. When you request a sample on the sample page, we store your email address, the place and industry you searched, a one-way hash of your network address, and whether you asked for product news. We use this to limit abuse and, only if you ticked the box, to send occasional Leadarly news, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Demo requests. When you request a demo, we store your work email, its domain, a one-way hash of your network address and the approximate city our hosting provider reports for your connection, and we email you the demo link through Resend. To set up your demo, we read your company’s public homepage and, when AI is available, send what it says to Anthropic to describe what your company sells and who buys it; we also search public map data near you. We use this to run your demo and to limit abuse. Demo links expire after seven days.
Saved searches and alerts. If you watch an area, we store the search and the businesses listed there so we can flag new ones. If you turn on email alerts, we send them to your account email through our email provider (Resend), and every alert includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Optional tools. Email checks look up the public mail settings of a business’s domain. If AI drafts are available and you use them, the business facts shown on the page and the offer you describe are sent to Anthropic to write the draft. If Google business details are available and you use them, the business name and location are sent to Google. When the discovery map is provided by Google Maps, Google receives your IP address and map interactions as described in the Google Privacy Policy. If company and people data is available and you use it, the business’s website domain is sent to our business data provider, which returns company details and publicly listed professional contacts for that business. If you send a list to a webhook, we post that list to the URL you provide. These providers process the information only to deliver the feature you asked for.
Optional Visit Analytics
If you allow analytics, we set an anonymous, first-party browser identifier for up to 90 days and record page paths and visit times. We do not attach your name, email, search address, or outreach content to these events. We use aggregate counts to understand traffic. Raw visit events are retained for 90 days and removed as new visits are processed. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers limit abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in analytics records. Visitors who decline analytics, send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, or appear to be automated are excluded.
You can change your choice using Privacy choices. Declining removes the analytics cookie and stops future collection; it does not affect account access. Administrators can see aggregate traffic and account details needed to manage the service, including roles, subscription status, usage, and recent account activity. Access-role changes are recorded in an audit log.
Common Connections
Common Connections is optional. If you create a profile, we store your company name, what you offer and are looking for, your short descriptions, your province or state, an optional phone number, and your account name and email. When your offer matches what another member is looking for, that member sees your company, what you offer, your descriptions and your area, and decides whether to connect. Your name, email and phone are shared with another member only after the member asked accepts the introduction; a declined introduction is never shown to the other side. You can pause, edit or delete your profile at any time on the Connections page, and deleting it removes your introductions and connections.
Team Notes, CRM and Email Sequences
Sales Hub team notes are visible to everyone on your team while their access is active; personal notes are visible only to you. CRM contacts and tasks you add to team leads are shared with your team. Notes are limited in length; please don’t store sensitive personal information in them.
If you connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox for email sequences, we store its address and encrypted access tokens, and use them only to send the sequence emails you start and, for Outlook, to check whether a recipient has replied so their sequence stops (we read message senders and dates, not message contents). We don’t read, store or use your other email. Gmail access is send-only. Leadarly’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect your mailbox at any time, which deletes the stored tokens; you can also remove Leadarly’s access from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Sequence emails include a small image that tells us when an email is opened, links that count a click before opening the page you linked to, and an unsubscribe link. When a recipient unsubscribes, we keep their email address on a do-not-email list for the sending business so they aren’t emailed again.
Buying Signals and Buyer Intent
To show which businesses may be ready to buy, we keep a short summary of what a company’s public website showed when it was last checked (such as its site software, booking tools, published job openings and announcements of a new location) so the next check can spot changes. We re-check the websites of saved leads about every two weeks. These are company-level facts from public pages, kept with the date we saw them.
We may also receive company-level research activity (which company domains are reading about a topic, never which person) from business intent data providers, matched to the websites of saved leads. If you connect your own G2 account, we store your API token encrypted and use it only to import your G2 Buyer Intent signals, which only you can see; disconnecting deletes the token and those signals. Signals from Google reviews are worked out in your browser from reviews shown on screen and are not stored.
Retention and Your Choices
We retain account, security, and billing records as needed to operate the service, address security or billing issues, and meet applicable obligations. You can delete your account yourself on the Account page. You can also ask for access to or correction of your information, or request account deletion, by emailing support@leadarly.com. We will verify the request relates to your account. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, or legal reasons. Deleting your account on the Account page cancels any active subscription right away, so you won’t be charged again. If you ask support to delete it instead, cancel renewal in your billing portal or ask us to cancel it for you.
